St. Louis Blues reshape front office, promote Peter Chiarelli, welcome back Ken Hitchock

Ken Hitchcock, who coached the Blues, will return to St. Louis in front office role, the team said on Wednesday, while also announcing that Peter Chiarelli was promoted to vice president of hockey operations.
