Astros C Jason Castro sidelined by COVID-19 protocols

Houston catcher Jason Castro was removed from the Astros' roster before Game 4 of the World Series on Saturday because of COVID-19 safety protocols.

Garrett Stubbs replaced Castro on the active roster for Game 4. Astros general manager James Click did not say whether Castro tested positive for the coronavirus, but a report from a Houston television station indicated that Castro did test positive.
