Referee and VAR official suspended for not punishing Argentina's Nicolas Otamendi for Raphinha elbow

CONMEBOL have suspended two referees, including the VAR, for not punishing Argentina's Nicolas Otamendi who elbowed Brazil's Raphinha in the face and caused his mouth to bleed.
