Lions QB Jared Goff (oblique) misses practice again

Detroit Lions quarterback Jared Goff did not participate in practice for the second straight day on Thursday.

Goff is nursing an oblique injury he sustained in last Sunday's 16-16 tie with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Should Goff be a spectator this Sunday, Tim Boyle likely will get the nod to start for the Lions (0-8-1) against the host Browns (5-5).
