Suspect in NYC Subway Attack Arrested

The suspect in Tuesday morning's rush-hour shooting on a New York City subway train that left nearly two dozen people injured has been arrested, according to news reports.

The suspect is Frank R. James, 62, who has addresses in the states of Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. Police believe he rented a van found eight kilometers from the train station that was investigated for links to the shooting.
