Man City legend Vincent Kompany lines up transfer for Brighton winger Reda Khadra at Anderlecht
BRIGHTON’S Reda Khadra is a target for Anderlecht.
Vincent Kompany’s Belgian side watched the speedy German winger, 20, on loan in the Championship with Blackburn this season.
Khadra has impressed with five goals in 28 games.
And it remains unclear if he has a future with Brighton, having played just once for the Seagulls.
Man City legend Kompany, linked with the Burnley job, is a big fan.
And he could make a move for Khadra this summer.
It certainly appears the ace has played his last game for Blackburn Rovers regardless.
That’s after they missed out on a Championship playoff place.
But Tony Mowbray believes Khadra has learned a lot during his time at Ewood Park.
The Rovers boss said: “I think he was slow to realise that to play for this team he had to work harder, understand that he had to run without the ball, close down, help the team out of possession.

“Once he recognised that he’s shown he can work hard aerobically out of possession, his ability to do the unexpected is something that the team needs and required and he did that exceptionally well.
“He was a real thorn in a lot of teams’ side, the way he jinks past people and used his speed to get in behind and hurt the opposition and he helped our team win some matches.
“He’s a lovely individual, a great lad, and I think he’s got a big future, but he has to keep his feet on the ground, keep working hard and realising that he needs to work hard out of possession and win the ball back.”
