Astros acquire INF/OF Mauricio Dubon from Giants

The Astros acquired infielder-outfielder Mauricio Dubon from the San Francisco Giants in exchange for minor league catcher Michael Papierski on Saturday.

Dubon, 27, was batting .239 in 21 games with the Giants this season.

In 179 career games -- two of them with the Milwaukee Brewers in 2019 and the rest with the Giants -- he has a .258 average with 15 home runs and 58 RBIs.

Papierski, 26, had been with the Triple-A Su
