Avs sign F Evan Rodrigues to one-year contract

The Colorado Avalanche announced a one-year deal with free agent forward Evan Rodrigues on Monday.

The defending Stanley Cup champs did not disclose the terms but multiple outlets reported he will earn $2 million for the 2022-23 season.

Rodrigues, 29, set career highs in goals (19), assists (24) and points (43), and played in all 82 games for the Pittsburgh Penguins last season.
