Top seed Ruud suffers shock exit at ATP Japan Open

TOKYO, Oct. 4 (Xinhua) -- Top seed Casper Ruud of Norway suffered a shock defeat to Spain's Jaume Munar in the first round of the ATP Japan Open here on Tuesday.
