Mike McDaniel says the Dolphins have 'outside specialists' assessing Tua Tagovailoa's concussion

According to McDaniel, Tagovailoa will not be traveling with the team to New York, for this weeks game against the Jets. He also said the quarterback will not be placed on injured reserve as of yet.
