CHELSEA have sounded out Tottenham to inquire about midfielder Yves Bissouma, it’s been reported.

Meanwhile, the Blues have also reportedly agreed a deal to sign Noni Madueke from PSV for £40m.

Chelsea are continuing their spending spree in January, with Madueke set to fly to London in the coming days to sign his contract.
