Евгений Гидич из «Астаны» стал 4-м на заключительном этапе «Вуэльты Сан-Хуана»

На седьмом, заключительном, этапе прошедшей в Аргентине многодневки «Вуэльта Сан-Хуана» участники преодолели дистанцию в 112 км по окрестностям Сан-Хуана, сообщает Prosports.kz.

Победу на этапе вновь разыграли спринтеры. Как и накануне, настойчивее других в финишной раздаче оказался австралийский гонщик команды Team DSM Сэм Уэлсфорд, который опередил нидерландца Фабио Якобсена из Soudal – Quick Step и итальянца Джакомо Ниццоло из Israel – Premier Tech. Совсем немного до этапного подиума не хватило казахстанскому гонщику Astana Qazaqstan Team Евгению Гидичу – он финишировал четвертым.

На вершине общего зачета сохранилось положение, сложившееся после «королевского» этапа. Победителем в «генерале» стал бывший капитан «Астаны» – колумбиец Мигель Анхель Лопес из Team Medellin – EPM, вторым и третьим стали итальянец Филиппо Ганна из INEOS Grenadiers и колумбиец Серхио Игита из BORA – hansgrohe. Лучший из представителей «Астаны», колумбиец Харольд Техада, расположился в итоговом протоколе на 18-й строчке. В командном зачете, в котором первенствовала британская INEOS Grenadiers, «Астана» заняла шестое место.
