The Minister for Interior, Mr Ambrose Dery, has launched the 2023 ndash;2029 Strategic Plan of the Ghana Immigration Service (GIS) on Wednesday in Accra and pledged the government rsquo;s commitment to managing the country rsquo;s borders effectively.
