Kwame Owusu, the campaign manager for Kennedy Agyapong, a flagbearer hopeful of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has admitted that their campaign team has resorted to offering financial incentives to some delegates ahead of the upcoming November 4 presidential primaries.
