Reports: Senators' Shane Pinto to be suspended 41 games by NHL

Unsigned Ottawa Senators center Shane Pinto will be suspended 41 games by the NHL for violating the league's gambling policy, multiple media outlets reported Thursday.

It is not immediately known what Pinto did to receive the suspension.

Per Sportsnet, the NHL began an investigation into Pinto over the summer.
