Former Washington Commanders wide receiver Curtis Samuel agreed to a three-year deal with the Buffalo Bills on Thursday, according to multiple media reports.
The contract could be worth up to $30 million, including $15 million guaranteed. Samuel likely will fill the void created when wide receiver Gabe Davis left the Bills in free agency for the Jacksonville Jaguars on Wednesday
