Overnight Ox Tongue Marinade - Featuring a Lao Ox Tongue Barbecue
Marinading overnight is essential~!
The Jaew som (sweet/spicy Laotian dipping sauce is here): o 3 garlic cloves (chop them bastards) o 4 red hot bird's-eye Chillie Peppers (I'd recommend 10)o 1 tbsp white sugaro 2-3 limes, juice the buggers, real well)o 2 tbsp fish sauceo 1/4 bunch coriander, (don't wimp-out), include the roots and stalks, finely chopped o 1 red Asian shallot, thinly sliced
