Dog Bites Into Handcuffed Man's Bare Arm.

According to the police, the canine unit was sent to Sixth Avenue after receiving 911 about a man behaving erratically. They allege the accused punched a cab driver and tried to steal a motorcycle.

The dog was taken to a vets where he was administered shots as a sfety precaution.
