Newsnight has received footage which suggests that a nerve agent, possibly Sarin, is being used against civilians in rebel-held Saraqib in northern Syria. The footage, shot by hospital staff in Saraqib, comes after announcements by UN investigators that they are looking into reports that Syrian forces have used chlorine in attacks on at least two rebel-held towns.
