Richmond Police officer Richard L Davidson Jr. has been charged with Sexual assault of a minor. He was recognized for his work with the Big Brother Program of Greater Richmond. Last month Charles Church a 41 year old Richmond Police officer was convicted of child rape. This fits into a pattern of rampant child rape networks in Police Departments around the country and world.
