West Midlands Police have just released CCTV and police footage of Lee Embley who was refused entrance into a Birmingham pub for being drunk on January 23, 2018. After they turned him away, he fired at the upper apartment windows above the pub and led the police on a high speed chase before crashing. He told police he had drank 8 pints of strong cider and 16 shots of brandy. He plead guilty and has been sentenced to 9 years in prison.
