This audio captures the chaos of the entire situation beginning with the original foot chase of the killer from other officers... The officers come up to the building where the commander was killed and see that state law enforcement officers have the suspect in custody...initially things begin to wind down...then, at about the 4 minute mark, units realize that there is a person shot in an adjacent stairwell and come to the grim realization that the person shot is indeed an officer...then all hell breaks loose... Suspect was a Male Black wearing a long coat with a fur collar ... The fallen was Commander Paul Bauer, of the 18th District
