Low res CCTV captures a male stealing a 12 year old girl's mobile phone

Police in Derby are appealing for information with regards the identity of a male who struggled with a 12 year old girl as she tried to keep hold of her phone.


The theft occurred on Feb 18th, '18, and the thief had a east European accent
