The Russian Ministry for Emergency Situations has finished building the74th humanitarian convoy.

The trucks loaded with relief supplies left the Emergency Ministry's Don Rescue Center headed to Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Russian patriotism.

The task force includes many veteran Rescue Drivers and their Assistants. Local leaders anxiously await their safe return.
