In Britain, the parents give birth to kids and then its everyone else's responsibility. If the kids buy cigarettes underage, its the shopkeepers fault for selling it to them. If the kids develop bad manners and start swearing, its the teachers fault at school. If the kids get into criminal behaviour its the fault of the police for not jailing them into juvenile centers. If the kids have sex underage, its the fault of porn sites and films on TV. In short the lazy parents pop out these kids and then wash their hands off them. The society has to raise them in some way to become good citizens. Now this moron from Belgium has introduced a GCSE in sex education because parents don't like to teach their own kids about sex and its dangers (when you are so young). It is all going down the toilet in Britain.
