Water birds turn into icebreakers to cope with monster storm

The ongoing polar vortex known as the "Beast from the East" arrived in the West Midlands, England, causing water birds to turn into icebreakers as they searched for food in a frozen canal.

Geese were the first ones to break the ice. They used their bodies to swim through the ice. The ducks did the same.
