Argument about a traffic accident led to the shooting

Three people were injured as a result of shooting conflict near the Volodarsky Bridge.

This was because an accident between a Volvo car and a small car, while driving a car was a woman who by phone reported the accident to her husband. The husband ran into the scene of the accident with a gun. "For an unspecified reason, he opened fire at the people who were in Volvo".
