At the Russian State of the Union speech today, Putin unveiled Russia's new nuclear-powered cruise missile, capable of circumnavigating the globe, rendering all current and potential missile defense systems obsolete. He also stated "A nuclear attack on any of our allies will be considered an attack on Russia. Our response will be immediate." This renders Trump's idiotic first strike and tactical nuke strategies useless. A war between the USA and Russia would be like an MMA fight between Black Belt Putin and pampered coward Trump. It would be just as decisive, and over just as quickly.

Russia is not "starting an arms race." The USA started it, Russia has now won it. Putin doesn't lie. He doesn't have to. This is not a bluff, it is a warning. The USA can still start a nuclear war, but it will not survive it. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
