Very bad idea on the truck driver's part. He actually hit two vehicles, not including the motorcycle he backed over. From what I could find out, this is footage from a police vehicle that he obviously hit and was damaged enough to where they could not pursue. Occurred in Chonburi, Thailand. The Police are searching for him but he has not been caught at this time.
