Evidence #2 : Russian Army Columns in Ukraine
Second in a series of videos looking at Russian army columns in Ukraine. Series focus is Russia's 2014/15 invasion. Here I focus on a column passing through Ukrainian border city of Krasnodon. Video also shows where a large part of the Russian army crossed the border into Ukraine and Russian military invasion camps inside Russia.
Soldiers in the column will be a mix of regular Russian servicemen and what Russia calls - Contract Service soldiers. These are x servicemen who have rejoined the army for a set period and conscripted soldiers who have decided to stay on for a contracted period. These paid Contract Service soldiers are the Russian "volunteers" Putin refers to fighting in Ukraine. Because they are only contracted, he falsely claims there are no regular Russian soldiers in Ukraine, yet by Jan 1st 2017, Russia had 425,000 Contract soldiers serving in its army.
