The two black guys were trying to pick her up for the night in London. However she did not like the looks of one of them so she made this rather racist remark at him before walking off into the night. She was lucky that there were lots of people around otherwise she might have ended up getting stabbed for talking like that. The black British citizens don't take kindly to racist remarks and can get violent if they have to.
