CATHEDRAL CITY, Calif. - All lanes of the Eastbound Interstate 10 between Gene Autry Trail and Date Palm Drive were shut down this morning due to a fatal traffic collision.

According to California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at 1:09 A.M. when a car went into the center divide on the Eastbound Interstate 10 near Gene Autry Trail. California Highway Patrol says 3 bodies were ejected during the accident. CHP says there was a fatality. 3/10/2018
