A New UnaBomber On The Loose?

At least two women were seriously hurt; one teenager dead in a string of bombings in Austin, Texas; but two questions remain: Was this a hate crime considering the fact that two of the victims were African American, with one Hispanic dead or is this the work of someone following in the footsteps of the infamous Unabomber, Ted Kaczynski?
