Tropical storm blows down power lines in Thailand

Footage shows powerful winds blowing down power lines and sending debris flying through the air as freak weather hit Sakon Nakhon in northeastern Thailand.

The torrential rains and strong winds were caused by a high-pressure system moving in from China on March 7.
