A herd of horses running through traffic along Highway 78 in Clarkston, Georgia, caused quite the traffic jam on Saturday, March 17. According to , the highway didn’t shut down and police worked to wrangle the herd.Jonas Allen, who took this , said he was merging onto the highway when he encountered the herd.
