Instead of banning all civilian gun ownership and cracking down on stolen firearms, you instead just sell bullet proof blankets to kids. That way you are not taking guns away from gun toting right wing coward(also known as their substitute) and youre still supporting capitalism. The bullet proof blanket manufacturers will make money!
