Tiny pooch crawls inside plastic cup on National Puppy Day

A tiny pooch managed to crawl inside a plastic cup on March 23, which happens to be National Puppy Day in the U.S.

National Puppy Day, which was founded in 2006 by pet expert Colleen Paige, celebrates puppies and encourages adoption.

In the , the puppy is seen licking food at the bottom of the cup and then crawling back out after he had his fill.
