Strong wind blows off billboard in northern China

A gust of strong wind blew off a huge billboard in northern China's Heilongjiang Province.

The CCTV clip, shot in Harbin city on March 27, shows a huge billboard being blown off the top of a building.

The meteorological observatory issued the blue warning signal -the least strong level- for the wind, say.

Fortunately, no casualties were reported.
