How Americans can avoid Offending the Brits

Lots of Americans visit the UK every year but because nobody has educated them on how to behave here, they continually offend Brits. So here is a teaching them how to behave. After all, when the UK, behave like the Brits do....right? We don't offend you guys with our behavior when we visit the USA even though you guys want a tip every second for virtually nothing.

Why not pay your staff properly like we do, so everyone is not forced to tip them continuously. Bit of a rip off if you ask me. You employ them, YOU pay them enough. If they work very hard, then you give them a bonus like we do in the UK.
