Giant whale leaps out of sea in southern China

A tourist captured the spectacular sight of an 11-metre-long whale leaping out of the sea off the coast of southern China.

In the video, filmed at sea near Beihai City in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, the giant whale jumps out of the sea to the amazement of onlookers.

The whale also sprays water.

All the footage featured here was filmed on March 28.

The type of whale seen could not be confirmed.
