Turkish army established the the 9th observation point between Morek and Maan to monitor the ceasefire in Idlib, another observation point was recently established in Latakia. It will not only monitor the ceasefire in the region, but also enable the delivery of humanitarian aid to needy civilians and bringing back displaced people to their homes.
