Post hidden due to poster being a risky commenter... WTF?

Is there a way to disable this shit?
I don't care if someone is a 'risky commenter'... I still want to be able to see their shitty comments.
And if I don't want to see it, I can just block em, should not be a LL algorithm/mod choice...
