Racing cyclist Michael Goolaerts dies after crash in Paris-Roubaix race

France, April 8th: Michael Goolaerts (23) from Belgium dies in hospital from a cardiac arrest after being involved in a crash involving several racers. This happened at the second cobblestone passage in the legendary Paris-Roubaix race. Goolaerts was reanimated on location after the crash and taken to the hospital by helicopter, but doctorswere not able to save his life eventually.

From what i know, there is no video footage available of this event, but ofc you never know these days.
