Xi Jinping's words of wisdom at Boao

Chinese President Xi Jinping deliver a keynote speech at the ongoing Boao Forum for Asia (BFA). In it, he proposed win-win for all countries.

Unlike USA, China does no win by holding down anybody. China believes raising tides elevate all the boats whereas US believes sinking the other party's boat is the way.
