Christians and Jews would no doubt accept Our Prophet

ADNAN OKTAR: "and to warn those who say "God has a son"." (Surah al-Kahf, 4) This way the Quran corrects the false belief of Christians that God has a son. If the Christians accept what the Quran corrects about their beliefs, they will be on the right way. Almighty God says "if the Christians perform prayer, give alms and do not commit idolatry, there won't be any problem.' Because in that case Christians will be Muslims as well. Look, they should pray and give alms. God sets these conditions. And they shouldn't commit idolatry. That's all. If they oblige, God says that they will be on the true path.

Also, they shouldn't reject any prophet. Jewish rabbis who previously visited us said that "We hold Hazrat Muhammad (saas) in high regard just like the Prophet Abraham (pbuh). If a person rejects even one prophet, he will be rejecting the whole religion. He wouldn't be a Jew anymore. We have to accept Hazrat Muhammad (saas) the same way we accept the Prophet Abraham. We recognize the prophethood of Hazrat Muhammad (saas) even though we are Jewish." This is what they said. When they say so, they will become Muhammedian Jews. But if they say that they don't accept the prophethood of a prophet, for instance, the Prophet Joseph (pbuh), they wouldn't be Jews anymore. A Jew or Christian shouldn't reject Hazrat Muhammad (saas) either. They will still continue being a Jew or a Christian when they accept Hazrat Muhammad (saas). They shouldn't reject him. When you look at him, don't you immediately understand in your heart that he is a prophet? You do. No Christian can say that Hazrat Muhammad (saas) is not a prophet after reading about his life. You can't show me one Christian who can say this. If there is one, bring him to me so we can talk. But he has to read the life of Hazrat Muhammad (saas) and the Quran. And he has to bring a hospital report proving he is mentally stable. There is no way such a person can reject the prophethood of Hazrat Muhammad (saas). Otherwise, it means that he is rejecting all the prophets, may God forbid.
