Birthday girl shocked by balloon cake prank

A birthday girl was shocked by her family's balloon cake prank in China.

In the video, captured in Shijiazhuang City in northern Hebei Province on February 10, a cartoon character-like birthday cake suddenly explodes when the birthday girl cuts into it.

Then the shocked girl stays silent and unmoved for a while before laughing.
