A tourist captured a remarkable feeding frenzy recently as he strolled down a stunning beach in the Maldives.

In the video, a heron is joined by dozens of small sharks and trevally as they attack a shoal of small fish in the shallows.

The entire action takes place less than a foot away from the lucky filmer.
