Official - GO FAST - ATFLIR Video - UFO Video Released by the US Military - What is it?

This is the official "Go Fast" UFO video that has been declassified and approved for public release.

Some personal observations and questions....(1) Had this been a missile, the reactions (I believe) of the weapons officer, and crew, would have been quite different.(2) It took the weapons officer 3 tries to finally get a lock. (ATFLIR autotrack lock) It was moving VERY fast!(3) I believe their reactions are based on the fact they did not see this as a military threat. But in fact are curious and astonished at "whatever that is"(4) How fast would you estimate the "object" is traveling?(5) What is this thing?
