West Valley police shooting of Elijah James Smith

Body camera footage from three West Valley City Police officers. Responding to a of stolen cellphones, the officers found suspect Elijah James Smith in the garage of a house, where children - who said they did not know Smith - were home alone. After officers instruct Smith to put his hands up, one officer fires three shots, one of which kills Smith.
