Videographer- Tourist traps that I encountered on NYC's 5th Avenue within the 25 block stretch between 59th Street and 34th Street. CD Hustlers promote their music, and ask for donations. Sometimes the CD is blank, but you won't know until you actually play it. Fake monks are dressed in robes (color varies), and hand out symbols of peace (usually in the form of small ornaments or bracelets). Then will then ask for donations. The Empire State Building trap is a company inside the Empire State Building called the New York Skyride, who tries to sell extras which you do not need in order to visit the observation deck on the 86th Floor. The Skyride has terrible reviews online, and I would not recommend going through these agents.
